Join The Cheese Wench for an evening of hands-on pasta making! We will learn the basics of making the dough from scratch, and then turning it into three different types of pasta including Fettuccine, Tortellini, and Mezzelune. We'll then pair them with 3 simple sauces and enjoy a delicious meal together.
