You've been asking for it Tulsa, so I am bringing back the specialty cheese classes. Whether or not you have ever attended my Cheese 101 class, you will enjoy this delicious taste of the cheeses (and wines) of Italy. We will sample through a variety of cheeses from different regions in Italy, and explore the concept of "terroir" when pairing regional foods. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early.
