TULSA- Italian Wine and Cheese

You've been asking for it Tulsa, so I am bringing back the specialty cheese classes. Whether or not you have ever attended my Cheese 101 class, you will enjoy this delicious taste of the cheeses (and wines) of Italy. We will sample through a variety of cheeses from different regions in Italy, and explore the concept of "terroir" when pairing regional foods. Space is limited, so reserve your spot early. Must be 21 or older to attend

OKC Soft Cheese Making

Join The Cheese Wench for a hands-on cheese making class! Tomato season is in full swing, so it is the perfect time to learn how to make fresh mozzarella and ricotta, and take home a kit with all of the supplies you will need to make more. We will be using fresh local VAT Pasteurized milk, and enjoy a delicious Caprese salad with our fresh cheese at the end.

Hands-On Fresh Mozzarella & Ricotta OKC

In this hands-on class, we will learn how to make 2 soft cheeses from scratch. We'll transform local milk into soft, fresh mozzarella, perfect for pairing with seasonal tomatoes for a Caprese salad, and fresh ricotta that can be used in dishes from breakfast, all the way through dessert.

Each student will receive an Urban Cheesecraft Mozzarella & Ricotta kit to use for the class, and take home at the end.

I will have seasonings on hand to spice up your cheese however you like, as well as the necessary ingredients to turn your freshly made mozzarella into a Caprese salad, to enjoy just as it is made...my favorite way!

Don't dress up, we may get a little messy!

Since this is a hands-on class space is VERY limited. The class will be $65 per person. You can reserve your spot HERE.
