Join The Cheese Wench on Tuesday, August 21st at The Market at Walnut Creek in Tulsa, for Cheese 101. We'll sample through several varieties of cheese, and learn how to pair them with wine and beer. You'll learn how to arrange a cheese plate, as well as the basics of how the different types of cheeses are made.
